The Australia – New Zealand ODI Series has truly come alive with two sparkling games and some hot debate in the centre between Mitchell Johnson and Scott Styris. Lusty hitting from Taylor and Styris helped the Kiwis take the lead in the 1st One Dayer but in the rain affected 2nd ODI, Australia managed to dismiss Vettori at the right time, just about when he was threatening to take the match away.
The series is tantalisingly poised at the moment, but a number of injuries has taken its toll on New Zealand, and that may well tilt the scales in favour of Australia. But don’t expect NZ to succumb; definitely not at home.

After winning the T20 match in a Super Over, New Zealand will shift the focus to Chappell-Hadlee Trophy. They batted very well in the T-20 match and they will now try and continue the same in this 5 match ODI series starting in Napier. Though Australia came very close to winning the T-20 battle but New Zealand deserved to win the match. Infact for the first time, Australia looked like a weak side.

The England tour of Bangladesh has just begun with the 1st One Day International Match today at Mirpur. England captain Alastair Cook won the toss and put the home side in. Bangladesh got off to a really good start – Bangla opener Tamim Iqbal got off to a flier and the home team were soon 63 without loss in less than 10 overs. But then England has managed to come back claiming two wickets. First Iqbal lost his opening partner Imrul Kayes and then Junaid Siddique got out without even bothering the scorer.
